Renolin Unisyn CLP oils |
|
These are fully synthetic industrial gear and lubricating oils based on polyalphaolefin. Renolin Unisyn CLP oils are based on special, fully synthetic hydrocarbons/polyalphaolefins. Synergistically acting additives guarantee excellent wear protection and corrosion protection, high thermal and oxidation stability and a long lifespan. In comparison with mineral oil-based products, a four to five times longer lifespan can be achieved by using Renolin Unisyn CLP products.
These oils can decrease the oil sump temperature by 5–10oC according to field experience and Fuchs test field results (under load conditions due to a low friction coefficient) in comparison with mineral oil-based products.

| Renolin Unisyn CLP oils can be used in highly loaded spur and planetary gears as well as in plain and roller bearings. They have been used as first fill lubricants with great success in wind turbine applications for many years worldwide. The test results for wind turbines show excellent wear protection properties. Even under elastohydrodynamic lubrication conditions and under the influence of contamination in the form of emulsified water, the products show no wear or sludge. Special AW/EP additives guarantee high scuffing protection. Theseadditives also prevent micropitting failures over a wide temperature range. |
